Two Arizona Cardinals were fined for horse collar tackles last week. Darnell Dockett was fined $7,500 for his horse collar on Tarvaris Jackson in the third quarter. Cardinals cornerback Roderick Hood received a $5,000 fine for his horse collar on Adrian Peterson at the end of a 32-yard run in the second quarter.
