Do the Cardinals Already Have a Deal in Place with Marc Bulger?

A lot of people in the league feel the Cardinals already have an understanding with pending free agent quarterback Marc Bulger according to Len Pasquarelli of the The Sports Xchange.

The Cardinals would have liked to sign Bulger last year, and coach Ken Whisenhunt lobbied for a deal, but Arizona had already agreed with Derek Anderson and management didn’t see a way to bring in two veterans.

This doesn’t surprise me since the Cardinals passed on Gabbert. What I don’t understand is why is the saga of Carson PALMER at Cincinatti being downplayed.. He would be a far better QB than Bulger. Whatever happened with KOLB?? Just a thought

I think they are waiting to see if the Bengals truly put Palmer on the market or not..as for Kolb, the asking price for an unproven guy is just too high. I still think they take a QB somewhere in the next two days, and it wouldn’t shock me to see them make a push for Matt Hasselbeck, a guy that still has 1-2 years left.
