Cards Attend Missouri QB Blaine Gabbert’s Private Workout

Cardinals owners Bill and Michael Bidwill were part of a team contingent at a private workout for quarterback Blaine Gabbert on the Missouri campus Wednesday, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt, general manager Rod Graves and personnel chief Steve Keim also were spotted in attendance at Gabbert’s workout, the source said.

According to the source, the team took Gabbert out to dinner on Tuesday night. Gabbert is ranked as the No. 1 quarterback prospect of ESPN.com’s Mel Kiper and Scouts Inc. He threw for 3,186 yards and 16 TDs with nine interceptions last season for Missouri.
