A Blackout for the Bucs at University of Phoenix Stadium

This Sunday, as you know, is Halloween and the Cardinals are looking to scare the life out of the Buccaneers with an impressive victory.  To that end, Arizona will be wearing its black alternate jersey for the first time during the regular season.  It will be the first time in franchise history that the Cardinals will wear a jersey color other than red or white in the regular season.

“Aw, man, it’s going to be blackout crazy,” Steve Breaston said.  “I can see the fans now, get a little Oakland Raider-type masks in the crowd.  I can see it rockin’ — if everything goes as planned…It’s good to see the black jerseys.  It’s a cool time to have it, on Halloween.”

Darren Urban of the Cardinals’ official website is calling for all those going to the game to wear the black jersey (if you have one) and if you don’t, please wear black.  Let’s give the Buccaneers a blackout at UoP this Sunday.  I’ll be wearing my black # 26 jersey…on my couch in Queens, NY.
