RB Beanie Wells could get his first career start this Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Wells has been the Cardinals’ featured back the past few weeks, carrying the ball more than starting RB Tim Hightower.
Hightower lost his third fumble of the season against the Seahawks and coach Ken Whisenhunt appears to be out of patience with his current starter. The Cardinals will need a big game out of Wells as starting QB Max Hall is coming back from a concussion and will only be starting for the third time in his young NFL career.
