Cards Give Game Away, Raiders Give it Back

The thunder foot-ed Sebatian Janikowski missed a 32-yard chip shot with 4 seconds left, as the Raiders lost 24-23.  After a critical pass interference call on DRC put the Raiders in the Cardinals’ redzone, Tom Cable sent his usually reliable kicker out to win the game.  Janinkowski, who missed two previous field goals in the game (43, 58 yards) pushed the ball left after pulling two misses right.

The Cardinals are obviously very happy to walk away with a stolen win, but Arizona played very poorly for a second straight week.  In a tight NFC West, though, the foot of Sebastian Janikowski could mean the difference between the division crown and missing the playoffs.
