The Arizona Republic reports that the Cards do not appear interested in paying LB Karlos Dansby big money for another year:
Cardinals inside linebacker Karlos Dansby is playing under the franchise tag for the second consecutive year, and it’s questionable whether the team will pay the kind of guaranteed money – maybe in the $25 million range – required to sign him to a multiyear deal. Dansby has proved to be a good player, but it’s hard to put him in the class of, say, the 49ers’ Patrick Willis.
