Boldin Suffers a Hamstring Injury
The Arizona Republic reports today about the hammy injury suffered by Anquan Boldin:
Cards WR Anquan Boldin missed practice Wednesday because of a hamstring injury and is unlikely to play Friday night in a preseason game against the Packers. Boldin “tweaked” his right hamstring near the end of Tuesday’s practice and underwent an MRI that night, coach Ken Whisenhunt said. “I don’t think it’s anything very serious,” Whisenhunt said. Whisenhunt wouldn’t rule Boldin out of the Packers game, but he also suggested Boldin’s injury would mean Jerheme Urban would start along with Larry Fitzgerald.
