After it Was Over – Where was Boldin?

While the Cards were off celebrating their first ever trip to the Super Bowl after the 32-25 victory over the Eagles on Sunday, one player was nowhere to be found – WR Anquan Boldin. As the TV clearly showed, Boldin was involved in a shouting match on the sideline with offensive coordinator Todd Haley during the fourth quarter of the contest, with eventually the WR moving back as he continued to shout at Haley.

As is being pointed out, instead of celebrating the NFC Championship win with his team, Boldin abruptly left the field, then abruptly left the locker room. There was no comment from the team about Boldin’s actions after the game. The wide out has been vocal in stating his desire for a new deal, and even with the success of the team, it seems like there are more issues with ever when it comes to Boldin being a Cardinal in the 09 season.
