		<description>I tried to download it.  When you spend the money to text.  It sends you a text with a web address to download the &quot;Free&quot; ringtone.  All you get is a Cardinals logo and no tone.  I have contacted Alltel and they didn&#039;t know anything about it.  I wasted texting $$ and Mobileweb $$ for nothing.  Then they made me call them back to address the issue spending more minutes...no resolution.  It would have been cool but certainly NOT &quot;Free&quot;  Thanks Alltel, you found a way to get people to spend $$ on &quot;Free&quot;</description>
