When you spend the money to text. It sends you a text with a web address to download the "Free" ringtone. All you get is a Cardinals logo and no tone. I have contacted Alltel and they didn't know anything about it. I wasted texting $$ and Mobileweb $$ for nothing. Then they made me call them back to address the issue spending more minutes...no resolution.
