Kurt Warner hasn’t been to the postseason since 2001, when he played for the St. Louis Rams. Preparing for Saturday’s playoff game against the visiting Atlanta Falcons has made him appreciate the experience like never before. “It makes you excited to be out there, knowing a lot of teams are at home and are going to be watching this week and you’ve got a chance to win a championship,” he said. Then Warner let it slip: “I think I was dreaming a little bit driving in the other day about the Arizona Cardinals in the Super Bowl and just to have that possibility is exciting. It’s exciting for everybody here. And it makes it easy to come to work and put in the extra time because there’s no better feeling like this in football.”
