The Arizona Cardinals may have already won the NFC West, but have lost 3 of their last 4, and won’t find much success this Sunday as they travel to New England Sunday to take on the 9-5 Patriots. KenWhisenhunt wants to get his troops ready for their first round playoff game the first weekend in January, and would be smart to get Kurt Warner and his offense some plays, but in the end, likely will sit them once the Pats get ahead.
New England needs to keep winning, and they also need some help for another playoff birth. All they can do here is take care of business, and they did that in their two-game west coast trip vs theSeahawks and Raiders the last two weeks. Look for them to do that here again at home, as Matt Cassel and that offense had a show last week, scoring 49 points with 487 yards vs the Raiders.
The forecast is calling for snow with a temp of 33 Sunday in New England with some wind, so it’s a game where the weather favors the Pats, while the Cards will simply be looking to keep the bus warm back to the airport as they look to simply stay healthy. Pats win big here at home to go 10-5.
