Rodgers-Cromartie Has Mild Ankle Sprain; Rolle and Hood Sit

Good news for the Cards, as rookie CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has only a mild ankle sprain according to head coach Ken Whisenhunt.  The coach said that it is still possible that the Cards first-round pick could actually play in the teams preseason game vs the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday night.  The team is a little thin in the secondary right now, as safety Antrel Rolle continues to sit out with a sore foot. Cornerback Rod Hood also sat out Tuesday with a sore foot but Whisenhunt described this as “nothing more than precautionary.”
