Cardinals first round pick Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was taken off the practice field on a cart after injuring his right ankle on Tuesday. The CB rolled the ankle during drills, and did not come back to the practice field after being taken off. “He tried to go but it’s a little sore so we’ll see tomorrow,” said head coach Ken Whisenhunt. Rodgers-Cromartie is expected to push for a starting job in what has become a position of strength for the Cards, and also be a force on special teams.
