The Cardinals signed offensive coordinator Todd Haley to a contract extension, taking him through the 2010 season. The 40-year-old Haley was reportedly on Bill Parcells’ list of interview candidates to become the next head coach of the Miami Dolphins. However, Haley chose to remain with the Cardinals, a team he joined nearly a year ago. Haley started his coaching career in 1997 as an offensive assistant under Parcells with the New York Jets. He reunited with Parcells in Dallas and was the Cowboys wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator three seasons before coming to Arizona.
