Cards QB Kurt Warner will be under center Sunday when the Cards take on the Bucs in Tampa Bay, and once again he will wear a brace on his non-throwing arm. It was that arm that was injured a few weeks back in a home loss to the Panthers, and then was stated it was a torn ligament. Sources say while his throwing motion has not been affected, he still has pain when he extends his left arm to hand off. “As long as we can continue to do it successfully, there’s no reason for me to go to the left hand yet,” Warner said. “I know it’s not healed in there, and I don’t want to do that until I have to.” Word is that Kurt will wear the brace for the next couple of weeks until he is pain free. Hopefully he will not have too much pain Sunday to have to leave the game against the very tough Bucs defense.
