Report: Warner Has Torn Ligament

Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner reportedly has a torn ligament in his non-throwing elbow.  The “Arizona Republic” reports an MRI confirmed Warner has a tear in the left elbow, but surgery is not required.  The former Ram suffered the injury last Sunday but is hopeful of returning to the lineup quickly.  He could practice as soon as today.  Tim Rattay will start Sunday in Washington if Warner isn’t able to go.
