Retired General Blamed For Deceptions In Tillman’s Death

A retired Army general is being blamed for most of the official failings surrounding the friendly fire death of Army Ranger Pat Tillman.  Secretary of the Army Pete Geren says the latest and seventh investigation into Tillman’s death reveals that retired Lieutenant General Philip Kensinger lied to investigators.
